Why doesn't my quick comments and comments field always show up?
Sometimes the ability for visitors & and friends to leave a comment isn't there, & sometimes it is. I have it set for public.

Could be a bug within Yahoo. This is the beta version...send some feedback so that yahoo is aware of the problem. (you won't get a response, but they will get the message)
