Outlook Express?
I am using Outlook Express v6.0 for my primary email.
I get email from sources that I know are safe but the graphics and images are always blocked when I open the email.
I have to go to View > Blocked Images in order to view them.
I used to have it set up so the images would not be blocked but I rebuilt my HD and haven't been able to figure out how to have all images unblocked when I open an email.
Any help would be appreciated.

Click on Tools, Options, then Security tab. About half way down on the tab uncheck block images. Click apply, OK.
Good to go.

Many emails do not have the jpg actually within them. They use html to request the image from a web site. In the process they are actually confirming that you exist. It is best to only unblock from trusted sites.

Its blocked for security reasons, as pictures (jpg) could contain code that executes on your computer, I would highly recommend you leave it the way it is!
