Actually, you can sort by # of answers so that you can find all the questions w/ 0 answers...the ones that have been here up to 4 days.
Just pick your favorite category, and then select by "# of answers" at the top of the menu. You will probably have to hit it twice (because it first gives you the q's w/ the highest # of answers; but if you click it again, you'll get all w/ 0 answers).
