Flash, how to handle hover-over properly?

I want to be able to have a flash button so that it can be animated when you take the cursor OFF it. (and also, need to be able to cope with the cursor coming off the button before the initial hover-over animation has finished)

I can do basic hover-over no problem. I use MacroMedia Flash Pro.
