from what I was told athlon(amd) is the best. I have a 2000 dollar computer and have had it for 6 months and I havent had any hardware problems what so ever.

i think of the Pentium 4 is a 32 bit processor collectively as the AMD Athlon sixty 4 is a sixty 4 bit processor. you're evaluating apples to oranges. On suited of that neither are inexpensive. some human beings counseled the Intel center Duo yet i don't think of they examine your question reason it is not a inexpensive processor the two. in case you like inexpensive check out a workstation with the Intel Celeron or the AMD Sempron.
