Theresa always has secrets. She's probably fixing to conceal that JT and Rebecca are out on the balcony of the hotel room. She knows JT Cornell will expose her other secret that Ethan is little Ethan's real father.

Teresa is hiding that Ethan is little Ethan's father not Julian.
Chad is seeing Valerie. He was with her at a motel. The room key fell out of his pants when he was with Whitney but it hasn't been noticed just yet.
