How rare are all black chihuahuas?

You mean like oreo color? When there's not much light they look black and in the light they look like chocolate? If soo...I have one like that! and i think they're kind of rare because i don't see that many of them either.

Pretty rare I guess. I have raise chis for over 8 years and have never had an all black. There is always some white on it somewhere, chest, feet, tail. Also rare is an all white. Want to join a chihuahua group?

Solid black is a dominate trait. However since chihuahuas are allowed to have white in them, there is often white on them somewhere (often a chest stripe or white feet for example). It would take a solid black chi to breed solid black puppies. White is a on a different gene from black so it is active even if a dog has the solid black gene. Dogs like labradors are not allowed to have white so that gene says no white and the black is solid.

My brother has a black one. The dog's mom was fawn and the dad was black. Black is what the color of pups she had. Black is dominate over fawn.

It's all merely a matter of personal preference. I actually have short hair and guys like it. And i prefer a person with short hair over a guy with long hair because long hair tends to make guys look as well girly.

yes thy are vary rare becuz the tip of thar color is spacial and is not seen much ur vary lucky to have one like that
