Does anyone know the puzzle with the 6 frogs and 7 stones that they must jump?

it's three green frogs on the left, three brown frogs on the right. All sitting on a stone. There's an empty stone in the middle. Now, how to make them jump (skipping only one stone at the time), to change the positions of the frogs on right and left.

Help me?

My friend has send me this and I cannot solve it!!!

Assume the left frogs are L1, L2, and L3 (starting with the one closest to the center). Assume the right frogs are R1, R2, and R3 (again starting with the one closest to the center).

    L1 moves forward

    R1 hops over

    R2 moves forward

    L1 hops over

    L2 hops over

    L3 moves forward

    R1 hops over

    R2 hops over

    R3 hops over

    L1 moves forward

    L2 hops over

    L3 hops over

    R2 moves forward

    R2 hops over

    L3 moves forward

    YOU WIN and you're welcome!!

don't let two colors be next to each other, and just keep trying different patterns. Think of chinese checkers. Game link below. LL.
