Record or "rip" them onto your computer into a mp3 file. You can use Windows media player to do this or I use Musicmatch Jukebox. Use 128 kbps to get cd quality files. Make a play list of the songs you want to transfer in Windows media player or the software that came with your mp3 player . Then your can transfer the files to your device.

the only way to do it is rip them off a CD and then down load it on to the MP3..you could get a CD from a friend or even the library.
