This might be a crazy question but I have to know.?

Does anyone outhere know when you rate someone with a Thumbs up or Thumbs down on there answer, do they know who rated them that way? I am asking because I answer a lot of questions in the Dinning Out Section. I rated a couple of answeres that I thought were real good but instead of clicking on the Thumbs up, I clicked onto the Thumbs down. I did not mean to do this. I got in a hurry and thought I had clicked on the right one. It was not until I finished that I realized what I had done. I apologize for my error and promise to be more careful in the future.
