any artists/cartoonists out there?

i have an older Kawasaki bike and i want some cartoon work done on the side covers.

i saw a cartoon years ago called "hillbilly Kawasaki" it showed a guy riding a long horn cow that was wearing long tube socks. the horns on the cow were like ape hanger handle bars.

im willing to ship the covers to somone to have the little cartoon painted on them. i cant find anyone around here to do it. please email me (contact stuff is in my profile/bio) to negotiate a price, and for more imformation.
