how can i unlock my internet properties, i m not able to change my home page?

This should work but let me know if it doesn't first , go to the website that you want your homepage to be, say www.yahoo.com, when your there go to Tools, then internet options where it says the page set as your homepage just hit the use current button it should then change the address from what it is currently to the page you are on now, thus making it your homepage then hit apply if you've try that I apologize and hope someone can help, Let me know

type the names of these websites and click block. then ok.
