how many glasses of lukewarm water a day?
iam planning for loss weight session from today,so someone told me that i shud start my day with 2 glasses of lukewarm water ( some told me to add lemon and honey in it)
can anyone tell me the benefits of having lukewarm water inwhole routine day and some additions anyone wanna suggest..

The temperature of the water you drink is completely irrelevant. You should aim for 6-8 8 oz. glasses of fluid per day. If you're trying to lose weight, try drinking a full glass of water whenever you start feeling hungry in between meals -- the water may make you feel full and help you avoid snacking.
The only effective, sustainable way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more.

good, I doubt there may be any clinical reviews at the mixture of water honey and lime inflicting joint ache... that simply turns out foolish. I have nevertheless heard of the advantages for weight leadership. However do not count on it to supply any severe outcome. sounds yummi although I would possibly make up a pitcher myself

Cold water drains energy / heat / calories from your body...
