Once the trash has been emptied, it is permanently deleted and there is no way to recover it. That is why it goes to the trash folder first, so you can rescue it if you change your mind and make sure you want it gone before you delete it.

if you delete your mesages from the Trash folder also, then probably you can't recover them.

You don't. Once de mail is deleted, you don't get de mail back.
