Indirectly, Protein/Glutamine may be your best route. You should consume about 50 gms of protein or more mixed with about 10 gms of glutamine after an intense leg workout - running or lifting. You may also want to research fast twict muscle fibers.

If you are looking to improve you speed in throwing punches, kicking or running the best thing to do for punching is get a 10lbs dumbbell and punch out like you would usually this improves your speed use leg weight and a weight vest this also heps you improve your speed.

Try adjusting your training, explosive movements. Can't think of any supplements. Creatine will help with your recovery so you can continue to react quickly.
