What would your questions be if you were buying a house abroard, especially Spain?
I am setting up a FAQ page for my web site and have lots of ideas, but I figure there has got to be some questions out there that I will have missed out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Firstly, I would want to know how title to property is acquired and maintained, and whether there are property taxes, and if so, how much and how collected. Next, I would want to know about financing mechanisms for property purchase: is there a vehicle comparable to mortgages or trust deeds as used in the United States? Then, I would want to understand the brokerage system used there to buy and sell properties. After all that, I would feel comfortable in actually shopping for realty there.
