How do I access Windows Installer in XP?

Everytime I start my computer, I get a Windows Error Box that it cannot install Norton Repair Feature (I have Norton Antivirus).

How do I make this go away?

Update:

I am not a subscriber. I only see the first question.

Update 2:

I like the Norton. I have used it for a few years without problems. I don't want to get rid of it, just the 'install the repair feature' error box.

    Go to Norton web site under support tab download and run "NORTON REMOVAL TOOL" this will remove Norton. Now remember the problems you have had and never use Norton again. go to Grisoft.com and download their free avg 7.5 its free,will update automatically and your troubles will be over.
