Why my browser works so slowly?

toolbars usually have hidden spyware. They send signals back to yahoo and google all the time.

my Internet connection speed is 256kbps, and I have google toolbar

Yahoo page loads in 0.2 seconds, wikipedia page loads in 2 seconds

that speed is more than enough for me!

It could be that you have an old machine, it could be that you are riddled with spyware, it could be that your connection is faulty, it could be that the server you are viewing pages from is slow. It could be a number of things... :(

i was thinking maybe it is because ur computer model is old already, causing ur computer internal harddisk to work slower; meaning computer take a long time to load oso. i would recommand u change ur harddisk.

To answer your question try defragmentating your computer that usally helps to make your computer run quicker! (Start\Programs\Accessories\System Tools\Defrag(Or something like that)). Hope it works!! (:->)
