Natural appetite surpressant?

Not interested in pills. Does anyone have info regarding this topic. NO caff. products please.

    I have used a natural product called 'Fibre Full' - you drink it before your meal and it gives you a feeling of satisfaction when you have eaten enough. It is also a wonderful colon cleanser, and is part of an excellent low glycaemic weight loss program.
