Is Dale Carnegie training any good?

I TOOK THE COARSE YEARS AGO AND IT IS REALLY HELPFUL TO MAKE AN INDIVIDUAL A MORE PRODUCTIVE AND POSITIVE THINKING,AND SPEAKER, AND NOT BE A SHRINKING VIOLET ( AS IT WERE ) IT KINDA TEACHES A PERSON TO COME OUT OF YOUR SHELL AND GET GOING IN LIFE . I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT LET ME SEND WHATS HERE.

I took one in Baton Rouge, La. I'm sure the principles are the same universal. However the personnel that one has to deal with is a factor.

The staff I dealt with led me to another course. I wanted the one on public speaking and the staff member guided me towards the General course, like 12 weeks. This was not what I wanted, but went ahead anyways. He assured me that I would get that exposure in the course.

The last 3 sessions I dropped out and requested my money back. They did set me up with a payment plan. The staff member talked me into only getting 1/2 back. "Did I like the books, etc." Which I already had most of them in paperback. The course ones were hard back. The policy is no questions asked yet I got asked numerous ones.
