Yahoo answer team, automated or humans?

I've enjoyed reading q & a's, but so many people ask, "are they really looking why I got a violation, suspension, deleted". How many automated responses fix the problem? What happened I can't....anymore? Why did Yahoo??? so many questions like this are the staff really real? Multitasked, automated? Like I asked are they real or not? Ever recieved a violation you couldn't argue in defense of yourself? I just want to know If I am dealing with a site that assists wrongly accused, or a site that is automated. Don't you?

Update:

Can't vote for 4 hours, but will when I wake up, Northern Italy vs wherever you are. Sorry I just don't like seeing good answerer's getting violations without cause.

Update 2:

The phone number I tried, but after about 30 minutes of press #? I heard a human voice. After I talked to the real voice I was excited, cos no one here has talked about an actual human Yahoo voice. Being where I am my minutes on my cell ran out. Dang it, I never tried to call again.

I believe that many of the functions on this site are automated. When it comes to violations, I've seen no evidence of independent human involvement by anyone working for yahoo. To the contrary, it's as if there's an automated system that says "if someone complains, then it must be a true violation." They you get an automatic notice saying you've committed the violation. I've tried to appeal these notices but, at best, I get an automated reply saying that any action they take is at "their sole discretion." BOGUS! While I've seen people say that they "won" their appeals and got their points reinstated, nobody's ever sent a personal (non-automated) response to my emails.

There has to be some humans working there SOMEWHERE but I've never found them. Maybe if I call their "customer service" phone number....

I think a lot of it is automated. There was a guy who was posting on here who claimed to be an ex-Yahoo Answers employee. He/she said that (s)he got fired because (s)he wanted to actually review the violations before violating people. Do I believe him/her? I don't know. But I do know that there are automated responses when you email them. BUT there is a place you can go and request to have your answer/question/points reinstated. And supposedly people have had them reinstated.

Violation reports are automated. Appeals seem to get you nowhere. I had a problem and I didn't bother with the violation appeal procedure, I directly contacted the UK answers team...the problem was solved in a very short time, so all credit to them!

We are humans but we just know alot of stuff. And people doing violations are reported from us to the yahoo team not yahoo answers team.Because we are the yahoo team.

wager there'd be some people who run it and write words and prerequisites and do this sorta stuff yet they might'nt sit down around all day waiting for somebody to vilolate a clean rule then leap on the pc actual rapid to tell them there suspended...? Ah, so certainly i dont understand........
