How do I delete old custom status messages in Yahoo Messenger.?
It's easy to create a custom status message but I can't figure out how to delete old ones.

Yahoo! Messenger retains your last 5 custom status entries so you can either create 5 new messages to replace the existing ones
or
edit your registry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ yahoo\ pager\ profiles\ {yahooID}\ Custom Msgs
it's not recommended that one go delving into their registry unless they have a good working knowledge of the possible impact should something go astray.
or
you can download and use Andy's Clear/Edit Messenger status history utility which allows easy editing and deletion of the messages without touching your registry. His utility will will let your remove / edit your previous Yahoo Messenger status messages or you can either clear all or just select which ones to remove, you can also edit existing ones (for like if you do a typo etc) or create new ones. You can download it from our repository page...

Messenger "recollects" the final 9 custom status messages you create. If there are at the instant 9 custom messages in Messenger's reminiscence and you upload a clean one, it forgets the oldest one and replaces it with the hot one. even nonetheless there is not any thank you to manually delete the previous custom status messages, they are going to be deleted as you're making new ones.
