first of all to get your ram you go start> control panel>performance and maintinence> system if on category view, if on classic viewgo control panel> system. when you get there it will have a piccie of a moniter and near the bottom it will say ( for me ) 256 mb of ram. and second

Available = Amount of available memory in real time.

System Cache = Amount of cache. More programs you have run, more bigger the amount. This is look like indexing, so the programs that you've already run before will be executed more faster the next time you'll run it.
