Anyone use bitpim with LG phones for pictures?

i just got the usb cable and such for the LG phones. i can do the addressbook and such but when it come to the pictures, bitpim doesn't find any on the phone. there really isn't much help on the site for this problem. it just tell how to get them on the computer. i have done all this and am confused on this. i have messed with it all day trying to figure it out but no luck. don't give me any rediculouse answers. if you don't have an LG phone, then don't answer.

does anyone know programs for doing pictures and such. let me know the links. i have the LG VX5200 and LG VX5300 phone i need to use it for. i had to get these because they were the only tri-mode phone verizon has and the best ones at the time...

Update:

yes both phones are supported by bitpim. if you could email me and let me know what i need to do to actually get it to work. please email. some peolpe don't allow emails in their profile. you can email at gassprint1@mchsi.com for my direct email. or call me on my cell at 574-249-0060, thanks

I have successfully used bitpim on my verizon LG phone for everything (address, cal, ring tones, pictures...etc)

Is your specific phone model specified as supported by bitpim?
