Hi. I have dark, almost black hair, dark brown eyes and really pale skin.?
Can anyone suggest some makeup that would suit please? I find that most browns just make my skin look dirty. Does anyone else get that from certain colours? Anyway, thanks for any help. Also does anyone have any tips for small eyes and making them appear larger?

For your brown eyes - Purple eye shadow and even purple eyeliner work really well for making your eyes pop. I like to use a smokey dark purple/black eyeliner and a shimmery purple eyeshadow. People with dark brown eyes can actually get away with wearing lots of different eye shadow colors. You can experiment a little and see what works best for you. But purple is a guaranteed way to get your eyes to stand out.
For your blush - try to use a nice sheer pink (something with a little shimmer would look pretty too). Pinks and peach colors will give you a healthy natural looking color.
For your foundation, you need to figure out what your skin's undertones are. Here's a way to help you determine your tone:
In natural lighting (outside or near a window), look at the veins on your forearm and wrist. If the veins appear more green than you have yellow undertones. This means your skin tone is warm. If the veins appear more blue then you have blue undertones. This means your skin tone is cool.
If you have warm undertones, use a foundation that has a yellow base. If you are cool, use a foundation with pink undertones.

Hi,
I also have very fair skin, dark eyes and black hair! during the winter months I find it really hard as my skin just looks so pale!
I really like to use browns on my eyes as they are quite dark so I have started using the avon moisuriser (same as johnsons) which has a really slight fake tan in it, it doesnt come off on your clothes and just takes the edge away from the paleness.
For my eye make up I generally use a neautral base all over my eyes, I have a mac fluid line eyeshadow which is a gold which I put all over the lid and I put a darker colour in the outer creases of the eye and then use a brown eyeliner just on the outer edges of the eyes and plenty of mascara, if you have an irridescent white sort of colour you can use this just under the brow and on the inner corners of eyes then plenty of mascara.
I also use the Benefit Dallas, I find this is and amazing product for and all over finish and also as a blusher!
Maybe the browns you have are just not complementing yr skin, you should go to a make-up counter and ask for a free make over they will help you figure it out!
Other wise think of celebs like Dita Von Teese, she has incredibly pale skin and jet black hair, she uses just black eyeliner and a bright red lipstick which is really striking.
I hope this helps a bit!

I have really fair skin, dark brown eyes and light brown hair. The only brown eye wear is black/brown mascara. I use CoverGirl clean pressed powder (cuz I find red blotches show up easily on my skin). I also use a really pretty pink blush..its the Loreal true match one...pinks look best on me because I am so fair. I also use a really pale shimmery pink eye shadow under my brows and in the inner corner of my eyes. This will open up your eyes and brighten your whole face.

Well you sound asian, and so am I. I use bare minerals , it doesnt clog pores and looks natural. Use a bronzer instead of a blush. Make a "fishy face" or suck in your cheeks, smiling works too just apply on your cheekbones and chin and around your face, it gives a nice glow to your face. Do not over due it or you'll look like you got a fake bake. Use eyeliner, i like Almay the one that lasts 16 hours, put it on your upper lid and draw in the bottom too. Eyeshadow, something that matches your outfits, and brown does not look bad at all, you just need to find a good one. Mascara of course too, waterproof kinds are what i like because it doesn;t smudge and smear off. Lip gloss, use something light that'll just shine. Using something like red or so will make you appear more pale and make your teeth look yellow.
You should dye your hair a different color, like light brown or something. Me and all my friends have our hair done & make up and etc like that too and always get compliments. We're known as the " hottest girls " at school so give it a try!! =] Hope i helped because i do like to make people over a lot and they always turn out great. Your eyes will appear larger if you draw in the bottom too, remember that !! I hoped i helped. <333

For blushes, try either peaches or neutrals, the browns may make you appear dirty because you are so naturally pale. Use warms and neutrals when it comes to both lipstick and eyeshadow. For eyeliner and mascara, you could try dark brown, or a mixture of brown and black.

Try using a blue eyeshadow...that color makes brown eyes pop! Don't make your eyes done up too dark, that can make your eyes appear smaller. To make them look larger, try lining the top thinly and the bottom from the outside corner to about halfway across. I know this sounds bad, but I line mine inside...I find that when I line them on the outside it tends to run and make me look tired. Never line your eyes completely around, that makes them look tiny. Good luck!

For blushes, try light pinks or peach colors. It will look good with your fair skin. To make eyes appear larger, apply eyeline underneath lower-lid. I like to line the inner lower lid, to make it more dramatic.

Making your eyes look larger: White eyeliner on the inside of your eye.
Eyeshadow colours: Try cleaner, crisper & cooler colours. Silvers, blues, greens.
Blush colour: same (or as near to as possible) as your natural lip colour.
