Good immigration lawyer for this case in dallas texas?

Okay, I need a good immigration lawyer in Dallas area for this case. Please only respond if you know of a good lawyer that can help us.

My husband and I have been married for 5 years this July. He came to this country illegally from mexico (no visa of any kind). We already know all the paper work that needs to be filled out and the normal process that we have to take. The only problem is I am not sure which lawyer to trust. I am putting our future in this guys hands and would like to have some peace of mind that everything will turn out okay. Also, he will need to apply for a hardship once in mexico for the interviews since I don't make enough money to support myself without him and will have to rack up quite some debt to live while he is gone. We have been saving money to do all of this and now I need a lawyer before the prices go up and it takes even longer.

Also if anyone has done their papers recently and applied for the hardship... how long until you came back.PLEASE HELP!

Update:

I asked that only people that could help answer. If you are just an Azz hole republican keep your trap shut or I will report you. I love my husband and unlike you gold diggers did not marry him for his money. We have been trying to get his papers fixed and he works for my parents at the house so he is not stealing any of your stupid red neck jobs. We are asking for advice on a lawyer because we are trying and have interviewed with several lawyers who just didn't seem trustworth. Also, I am not asking for a cheap lawyer we have been saving money for 5 years to do this. We just want a good one.

Again please only respond if you want to help not be rude. This is a serious question that deserves respect.

I dont know about Dallas but i live in NewJersey and i know of Catholic Charities...its sort of a non profit that helps people out with cheap but good legal help regardless of income.

Me and my husband were looking for a good immigration lawyer even though our case was not complicated but we could not find anybody charging less than $3000 and so someone told us to try the Catholic Charities and they charged us $1050 and within 6 months all our issues were resolved. They were very helpful and are either real attorneys or have some form of accredition that allows them to handle immigration cases.

i don't think of the 9th has jurisdiction over Texas. The 5th Circuit in Dallas had jurisdiction the final time I checked. besides that, i think of you will discover stay dinosaurs until now you detect a consultant bono immigration criminal expert. That species of beast in basic terms would not exist. i can propose an outstanding regulation agency that has workplaces in ny, Chicago and California. i won't be able to publish it here. in case you e mail me i'm going to deliver you the information, yet i could grant you with a warning, it fairly is going to likely be high priced for this way of case.

go the American Immigration Lawyers Association website to find an Immigration lawyer in your area.

    www.aila.org

Dallas Office uses the Rapid Adjustment pilot program, which an attorney outside of the area may not be familiar with.

Don't know anyone in Dallas personally, but your lawyer does not necessarily have to be in Dallas to handle the case. Carl Shusterman is very good, but located in LA.

Are you a US citizen or permanent resident?

You and your husband are both illegals. " I don't make enough money to support myself without him" He is not supposed to make money because he is an illegal. He steals jobs.
