Where Can I Get Real Help For Virus's, Malware, and Trojan Horse Infections?

Question

Someone down loaded some kind of trojan horse onto my comp, and it has been getting worse daily. I have tried to run all my spam, spy, and virus ware, yet nothing seems to help. Please anyone know of any real solutions, and for free????

Turn off your System Restore first (it can reinstall as fast as your repair things).

Run MSCONFIG and stop all programs. Run diskcleanup to delete all temp files (don't compress).

Install Microsoft Defender (free) to get rid of the spyware.

Install AVAST (also free) after uninstalling your virus software.

Let both do full scans, hopefully that should expose and delete the trojan.

1)Avira Antivirus Guard or AVG by grisoft (choose one) 
2)Lavasoft personal editions SE antispyware.  
Spybot S&D anti spyware. (install both lavasoft and this)
3)Zonelab Zonealarm Basics Firewall (best firewall out there tested by 3rd party and it's free)

search & destroy fixed mine, as it gets real time problems out ...as most other ones you have to update regular updates..youdon't get that problem with search & destroy....plus it free!!!!!
