Chem stuff... Please help, its not 2 hard.?

how do you find the [OH-] when given the pH. I know to find the [H+] from the pH is 10 times the negitive power, but i dont remember how to get the OH please help!

    Its not that hard really what you have to do is find the pOH. You do that by subtracting the pH from 14. Then you just find the OH- using the pOH which is the same as finding the H+ from the pH.
