Is my 2002 Neon totaled?
I have a 2002 Dodge Neon that got hit by a drunk driver last night. It was parked and when the other car hit it, it caused my car to go up and over the curb about 1 car length. The other car wasn't insured and the driver wasn't licensed. I don't have full coverage but I do have uninsured motorist protection for up to $3500. Just from the pics, do you think the car is totaled? The top pics are what it looked like before.

Nah, I dont believe it's totalled. It has some front end damage, yeah, unless your axle is bent ( which it doesnt look like it is ) or your frame is affected, then it should just be a new front fender, headlight, mounting bracket, and front bumper. However, it depends highly on how much your car is worth when the insurance company books it. If a car thats worth a grand gets hit like that, then yes, it's totalled, however, on the other end of the spectrum, if a car thats worth 15 grand gets hit like that, than now, its not. But it's def under 3500 dollars worth of work, even with paint for your new fender and bumper. But no, it isn't totalled unless your car doesnt book for anything. In the insurance world, your car would be considered to have "minor damage to the front end" So you should be good to get it repaired with your insurance money. Hope I helped.

Nope. All you need is a fender, headlight, parking light, maybe a bumper and some paint and you are good to go.
Parts and labor should not cost more than $600-$700, but people will try to rip you off because you are a girl and you are asking us if this minor damage is a totaled car.
Get an estimate, get the $3500 check, order the parts yourself and bolt them on. You might get lucky at a salvage yard and find a fender of the same color. If you do it yourself, you could spend as little as $200 from salvage parts. You pocket $3300.
And don't park your car on the street where it is the first in a series.

Not as bad as my sisters car. She got hit across the front. Pics are to dark to make a fair guess. But no it`s not a write off yet. Those fancy wheels might set you back a bit though
