Microsoft Word & Excel?
In both Word and Excel, when you type in a web address or an email address it is automatically underlined.
The problem with this is when the address includes "underscores" in it they disappear within the underline when you print them.
How can I turn off the underline feature of email and web addresses in both Word and Excel?

In Word, highlight the address or link and choose Format => Font, then select (none) from the Underline style dropdown. You can then click the Default button in the lower-left of the Font format screen and then click Yes to save this as the default option for future documents.
In Excel, highlight the cell with the address or link, click Format => Cells, then choose "None" from the Underline dropdown. In Excel I don't think you have the option to make the change permanent as with Word, you may need to do this on a per-case basis.

highlight the web address or email address and then right click.
Then select "remove hyperlink" and this should take care of the problem. Good Luck!
