Nokia really Care?
I was reading with interest about this article about mobile phones and seems like the writer has experience the same problem I encountered with my Nokia phone.

I went to Nokia Care @ Parkway Parade for 5 times ... Initially was for sliding problem, which leaded to many other problems. Wrote into the Care centres only get 'computer auto respond' effect. Your comments, please.

You can blame that one on your cell phone provider. You buy your cell phone with a company like Verizon or Cingulair, and they take care of problems for you. I have a Nokia that began to have a problem, and I had no service. I went to my cell phone company, and the problem was taken care of. I have had 3 different Nokias, because I would want a different style, and if anything ever went wrong, all I had to do was go to my cell phone company provider.
