British Recipe Sought?
Many years ago, a friend gave me a recipe for Curate's Cheek, which involved baking ham in a sauce that included heavy cream, mustard, and brown sugar. I have since lost the piece of paper on which it was written, but would like to have the recipe again. Can anyone help me? Thanks!!

I can't find a version in the public domain, but you can find it in this book:
"Great British Cooking: A Well-Kept Secret" by Jane Garmey ISBN 0-394-50876-9.
There are 21 copies on offer here in a price range between $4.50 and $79.00 [sic]

Hope this helps.

With a name like that and being English it could be a pigs head a half or just the cheeks.
Maybe when the Poms get on they may have something
