New immigration proposal--where to find the text?

Question

Does anyone know where I can find the actual text of the working proposal created by Kyl and Kennedy discussed in the news today?  Since it's not actually a bil, it doesn't appear (that I could find) on the official Congressional website.  The news articles all have ambiguous, unclear statements that I'd like to know more details about.

I don't know...I went to http://www.congress.gov and typed in the bill number and the text wasn't there yet..

Sad....they are ready to vote for something that isn't even available to the American people yet.

They're pushing it through so quickly, I don't even think most of Congress has seen it.  It's frightening.

you will have to wait a couple of days because like you said it is being fed to you by people who have an agenda to fill either pro or anti so they are going to feed you interpretations that are misleading.
