How do I send a message to everyone in the "to" part without including the sender?

I am part of a group of about 100 people who received an e-mail from someone. I'd like to contact those people without the original sender being included.

you should be able to use "reply all" and just delete out the original sender's address & nickname (if you have one for them, otherwise it *might* send it to them too).

I know it works for yahoo mail, I can't be 100% it's always that easy, but it should be.
