Sorry I do not know the answer! But I am having the same problem. I have clicked and even just waited for it to rip but then I lose! Hope someone finds the answer. =o)

go along the edges( I am not sure which one) and a small rip will apear, then drag it across the page.

Move your mouse left to right from the third hole, counting from the top.
