wifi and kubuntu?

can i use a usb wifi adapter(netgear) with kubuntu and if so how do i install it? thanks

    If you are on feisty and your wireess adapter is not automatically detected, you may need to look into using ndiswrapper. This is a utility that allows kubuntu to use windows drivers for te hardware. i suggest going to ubuntuforums.org and searching for your adapter.
