well every report shows who was the owner and how long was it kept or used. make sure there is no problems with this vehicle, for example no accidents where involved problems with the body, chassis or engine. If it had a problem caused by an accident you may have problems with your vehicle later and you may or may not able to repair it.
Good luck.

It doesn't matter if it has 30. Think about it. Carfax has a report every time it's smogged and registered or transferred. All that matters is that no accidents reported to carfax. The car passed smog according to CarFax. And the car passes smog when you buy it. Check for anything supicious and you'll be fine. Peace
