God is Love and I believe in Him with all my heart....Love is a gift to be sought out.

Not anymore .We "love " our family and friends,but this can change if either does someting to hurt us.I was a giver my whole life ,always wanting to be "loved ".I found that people will only love you if they benefit somehow .
Material things ,lifestyle or security benefits are surely the key drivers of this thing called love .
The " Emotion" of love is just a measurement of a feeling we have towards someone or something .

Love is why we are on the planet earth, Love is the reason we have a Bible, for the weakness of mankind God gave us a book so that we could understand the Love of God toward us. In the beginning mankind did not need a Bible because all men had understanding of who and what God was, but we live in a day when many people do not understand God or the Bible this is called reverse evaluation, or downward evaluation. Yes I believe in evaluation God made a perfect man called Adam and loved him. Adam chose to disobey God's laws for the love of his wife Eve who the Bible says was decieved by the serpent because he loved her and knew that God could not kill his wife without killing him also.
Jesus came 2000 years ago and did the same thing for his wife which is called the Bride of Christ, but he did not fail God as Adam did, he was perfect in every way and yet became Sin to God and toke all our sins upon himself and nailed that Sin to a cross and killed it, this is perfect Love of God. John 15:13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
1 John 3:16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
I want to be like him not you or my family, so I am willing to lay down everything for this and that is what LOVE is.

I acknowledge its existence, it can be infered indirectly from observations of behavior and observed directly by neurochemical assay.
That which can be proven to exist is not 'believed'. Love does not require faith.
