If you have had the viewing and funeral and mom has been buried, I would say anytime you and the rest of your siblings want to do it. I don't know that there is any legal time frame on reading the will.

Not more than a day or so after your mother is buried. If you are the executor, find someone you trust to help you find an inexpensive attorney.
Now that I think of it, '(an honest attorney)", that's what they call 'an oxymoron'.
