What antibiotics affect e-coli?

I need to know what antibiotics affect it, the type of antibiotic, and how it affects it if possible. Any links would be greatly appreciated.

bactrim, levaquin, cipro, tequin - very effective in order used per resistance- then IV gentamicin last line-e coli is a gram negative- based on its cell membrane peptidoglycan layer these antibiotics I have listed are able to penetrate this membrane and disrupt replication- bactrim inhibits folic acid sythesis of bacteria=kills it, levaquin etc. inhibit DNA synthesis= kills bacteria, I know this because I am a doctor of this field. Cranberry juice acidifies the urine, so does high dose vitamin c (ascorbic acid), and the acid is excreted in the urine which helps kill the bacteria, in this case, e.coli

seek medical advice as not all anti-biotics work it depends on the type of e-coli you have
