if a person has lost there leg and is on disablity and gets paid for disablity........does there checks stop if they get a job?

    They may not stop. but they will have a decrease instated. You can only make so much a month in order to keep your benefits and if you go over the amount allowed, the government will start deducting for the difference.

    Yes, it only makes sense, you get a job you are not disabled.

    I know someone who lost a leg and didn't get a penny.

    depends on who's paying the disability

    i get a certain % from the military and i always will whether i work or not
