Where can I get a lithograph printed.?

I have a lithograph (family ex-libris) and I am looking for a place that can print (stamp?) a new batch for me. The lithograph is about 4" X 3", metal mounted on wood. I asked at local art studios and none of them could steer me in the right direction. Does anyone have some guidance as to where I can go to get this done? I don't mind mailing the lithograph if necessary.

Yes, try a university with a good art program.(with permission I'm sure) may allow you. Lithograph you say? If it is etched in stone it would be lithography....a metal plate mounted in wood? hmmmmmmm sounds more like intaglio than litho. you may have to get the plate removed from the mounting first. Is the plate scoured? (does it have a slash through it?) If it was either litho or intaglio it would have this trademark slash through it , meaning the artist was finished printing and did this to ensure that no one could duplicate it. If you cannot find a university near you I would suggest investing in a very fine quality german paper (cold press) or experimenting with japenese paper and taking a roller and some speedball ink and going for it yourself..............but first go to your local library and research the process first......otherwise you are in for some messy trouble! Goodluck!
