Sizemore in All Star Game?
How did Grady get in the all star game
here are some people that should have got in the OF other than him
Curtis Granderson
Reggie Willits
Kenny Lofton
Mark Teahen
Sammy Sosa
Michael Cuddyer
Gary Matthews Jr.
Raul Ibanez
Hideki Matsui
Matt Stairs
I have to disagree with Cody. He can't hit he's barley over .280, and that's after he got into his "hot streak" he was at .250 and everyone thought he was good. Not very many RBI (even for leadoff) and even though he gets a lot of runs, thats all because hes got Hafner and Martinez behind him.
edliablono1, you know very little about baseball. The All Star Game doesnt go to the best team. So Rangers can still get on. Also the AL Central is not the best division. The AL West has a better record an is a lot better. The Central has the White Sox and Royals, two of the worst teams. The west has the Angels, the best team.
this prashant guy is right. Cabrera should have been in!
Stairs is good you idiot. .298 12 HR thats great. It's not his fault he plays 3/4 games, and still is better than Sizemore.
Teahen is good, well you wouldn't know would you. Good average with a lot of RBI.
Matsui owns sizemore everywhere, and he was injured!
Kenny Lofton, you cant even put up an arguement saying he's bad can you?

I agree Sizemore doesn't belong there...they already have victor martinez representing the Indians
Sizemore was one helluva player the last couple of years...this year he's wayyyy off his game iono why...he strikes out a lot too
I wish orlando cabrera was selected...man dude's so underrated...he has tad better stats than Jeter and has a much much much higher fielding percentage than Jeter
umm since an OF could only replace sizemore, I'd go with Gary Matthews

Lol, Kenny Lofton? are you serious? Sizemore has better numbers in every category, sans .BA. Edit: Sizemore has 15 more runs, 8 more hr, 22 more RBI, and 3 more stolen bases. I'd say thats a pretty good argument as to why Sizemore is more deserving of the AS spot than Lofton.
Matsui??? have you compared his stats to Sizemore's? Its not even close. Same goes with Teahen, Ibanez, and almost every other player you just mentioned. Edit: Injured or not, NONE of his numbers are on par with that of Sizemore, factor in defense and it isn't even close. Oh and I have Teahen on my fantasy team, so I do know about him. While he is a solid player, he is far from an all star this year. .290 and 5 HR from the corner OF is NOT an all star.
Matt Stairs? Yeah, lets have an all star who has less than 30 rbi and 30 runs, lol, no thank you. EDIT: Yeah, if he was an all star player, don't you think the Jays would play him everyday? Idiot.
I think you're just a Sizemore hater. There are a bunch out there, since he hurts many opposing teams on a daily basis. The only guy on there you could argue as being AS caliber is Granderson, I will give you that, but the others are downright laughable.
Edit: You obviously have very little baseball knowledge, so arguing with you further is rather pointless. Anyone who has read this can see that you don't know jack Sh*t when it comes to baseball, so I'm going to finish destroying you in this argument and take my baseball knowledge to a legit question.

So you think that Sammy or Kenny Lofton who are on the worst team in baseball should be there before the epitome of an Indians team that is in first place in the best division in baseball. You, my friend, are a retard! P.S. Hafner hasn't hit all season.

Grady can do it all. Hes got power, speed, vision and plays solid defense....he deserves it.
