how do I get a photo when I answer or ask a question?

    Go to your My Profile page (click the gray thing, Username, or the My Profile link)>click Edit My Info>choose if you want and Avatar or a picture from a 360 site. Build your Avatar and/or make the 360 site. Be sure you dot the options to use the Avatar or picture on the Answers site.

    when you get onto your mail account, there might be an ad that says avatar, click on this to make your own
