Go to Start> Settings> Control Panel> Add or Remove Programmes and click on any programme that yu want to remove. When yu click on it, it gets highlighted and gives yu two options, Change/Remove.

    Click on Remove.

Maybe you're not into larger hdds, But I suggest you do get a bigger hdd

And to tell someone to uninstall a windows xp program file is wrong...you can't delete it, you can, but it will put itself back in. Its a never ending project, all thanks to Bill Gates. I never let my computer update on its own...I shut off xp updates. Yes it reminds all the time but who cares?

You can delete those Microsoft updates, but if you do, you will not be able to revert them. 9 time outa 10 you aren't going to revert the updates anyway.
