Where there is a Will?
My mother passed last month, and my sister is the excutor, she said that she didn't have to read the will , she is mad at my brother for not sighning some papers, need help thanks

By law, your sister has no choice here. She can let someone else read it but as executor, she has to make sure the contents of the will are carried out to the letter. She has to put all differences aside and carry out her assignment. You guys can have the courts intervene here if necessary so tell her so

The same thing happend to me. I think all wills have to be go through probate. So if you go to the court house , to the probate dept,you can ask to read it.Or you can pay for a copy of it . I did it when my grandfather passed , to make sure he didnt leave me anything,cause everyone was fighting. Good luck!
