I need a good plum crisp recipe using butter. anyone have one.?

    Line a 9x13 inch glass pan with crushed plums. Pour a yellow cake mix on top and smooth. Slice butter, and cover the entire top.

    Bake 30-40 min. at 350 degrees until top is golden.

    Enjoy-you´ll be in plum heaven! Best with vanilla ice cream on top.

    My recipe is exactly like the peach crisp one...plum halves, cut side up, in a buttered baking dish, topped with a crumb mixture of flour, sugar, salt and butter. Bake @350, uncovered until plums are soft and crumbs are slighly browned. Some rolled oats (dry oatmeal) can be used instead of all the flour, to add texture and fiber.
