What is a firm but not obscene to yell at a driver in North American Spanish equal to "Learn to drive!"?

I'm a cyclist and it would help.

Just shout "Learn to drive." After all, isn't the shouting more about you blowing off steam than actually expecting them to take you up on your kindly offered advice and signing up for driving lessons? So, it doesn't really matter what language you shout in, does it?
