The runner may leave as soon as the ball is touched. From 2.00 definition of "catch"

Haha, tricky question.

Well as soon as the fielder touches the ball he is either going to catch it or drop it (including juggling it) so the runner may then legally break for home, since the fielder has attempted to catch the ball. Pretty much, since the fielder touched the ball, the runner has officially tagged up, even if the ball is juggled for some time and then caught. No illegal move called on the fielder and no bases awarded, just a clean play with a little twist, haha.

Once the ball goes into his glove on this play is considered an out, because if the outfielder is going to juggle the ball most likely will be after the ball is already in glove. And yes it is attempt to deceive the runner batter is out and runner is awarded the base

Good question. However, the toughest part would be getting the juggling started because it is hard not to maintain possession when the ball is traveling so fast without it hitting the ground.

mainly because...to juggle you have to have control of what your juggling if you a good juggler (as mentioned in the question) which means that since he has control of the ball then its a catch......... whenever he started purposly juggling the ball it would be considered control which is a catch..... which means the runner can tag up and score....
