If Romo shines, the Cowboys could make some noise in the NFC. Also, I believe this is the year Houston turns this franchise around. Matt Schuab is a huge improvement at QB, and the Defense is getting better. I see 9-7, just missing the playoffs.

The Cowboys still remain a big question mark in my book this season. They have what amounts to a unproven rookie quarterback that has yet to play an entire season, an aging wide receiver that dropped half of his passes last year, and a new defensive system that their defense has to adjust to. On paper they look terrific, but Carolina and Arizona also looked terrific on paper last year, and we all know how they ended up.

As for the Texans, I seriously doubt they will go to the playoffs this season. First of all, they are not going to win their own division because they're not going to be able to beat the Colts. Even if they aim for a wild card spot they will unlikely be able to beat the records of the powerhouses in the rest of the AFC like the Chargers, Patriots, Colts, Bengals, Steelers, Ravens, and Broncos.

Houston has always sucked no matter if they had a team or what team they had. Cowboys will go to the Super Bowl and i would love to see them whip worthlessburger in a XXX repeat. As far as Huston goes....not even close to the play offs. Houston is the one part of Texas that REAL Texans are ashamed of anyway!

It was a nice pre-season showing, and I for one love anything that deflates the Texas-sized egos of Cowboys fans (do ya think that they are compensating for somethin'?), but it is still pre-season.

I like Schaub fine, but I liked Carr fine also. What we need to see this season is wheter or not the O-line can preotect him in a real game. If not, you guys need to lynch Kubiak for ignoring the problem, and do like Cleveland is trying to..........steal the best O-line guys you can from around the league.

Anyhow, I hope things really are looking up for you guys down there. Play-offs? A little premature, considering the other teams in your division. Maybe if you were an NFC team.

The cowboys had a shaky and dissappointing last year. This year is different they have been training harder and have a whole new game plan. The coach swears they have both a strong defence AND offence. A commadity they didn't have last year. I feel good about this year.
